In 2000 I wrote 62 minutes of music for concertband to go with 5 very different silent movies: One Week by Buster Keaton, Coke Anyday by Douglas Fairbanks, A Weakend Driver with Larry Seman, Winsor McCay’s ink animated war propaganda film The Sinking of Lusitania and Modeling by Dave Fleisher.

The music was originally commissioned by Herlev Concert Band with support from the Danish Art Council and has since it’s premiere been performed a number of times by various orchestras.
